2. What we collect and why

Contact and meeting-request forms. When you submit a form, we process the data you enter (name, e-mail address, company, message, preferred meeting times, and your browser time zone). Purpose: responding to your enquiry and scheduling meetings you request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

Server logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) in server logs for security and operation of the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. No consent banner is required because there is nothing to consent to.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where a processor is located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship, and is deleted when no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. accounting) apply.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise any right, e-mail alex@lioniq.dev.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or the authority of your habitual residence.
